Iyengar Yoga Workshop linking Asana to Pranayama
This workshop will help you deepen your understanding of yoga asana, and better understand the links between the postures and pranayama. An effective asana practice provides a strong body and stable nervous system; both are required to manage the tremendous energy that pranayama generates.
The workshop is suitable for students with a minimum of one year of regular Iyengar yoga practise.
Alaric will offer instructions and modifications to ensure everyone has a chance to deepen their practice.
It will consist of two sessions with a short break for lunch (please bring a light snack only).
