The retreat will focus on a theme of Body, Mind and Sense-of-Self. Alaric will teach ample pranayama and asana each day.
The course begins at 4pm on Wednesday 2 May and finishes after lunch on the bank holiday Monday 7 May.
There will be excellent vegetarian meals using locally grown produce. All rooms are light, airy and spacious with expansive views of the surrounding gardens and fields.
